Many Clients appoint us initially to undertake a feasibility study on a site they have identified and rely on our analysis regarding Area Plan zoning, density potential, access feasibility, etc prior to completing their purchase.
Where sufficient potential is identified we then progress with securing Planning & Building Control approvals, liaising with other statutory bodies and overseeing the construction process.
